We wanted to touch base to let you know These Little Treasures capacity to provide our quality service and products will continue, as the restrictions regarding Coronavirus evolve. Our commitment to you, our customers, remains the highest priority.
As we have no staff that work on the premises here, we are able to continue a safe working environment and our business is operating as normal. All precautions regarding social distancing and mask wearing occur whilst we are in contact with our suppliers and contract workers, with the majority of our business being conducted via contactless methods.
As we make all of our products locally, there may be impact to some items due to the new Stage 4 lockdown restrictions to businesses in Melbourne, where some of our products and packaging are made. We will update our website and customers as necessary, should any delays with orders occur.
As we rely solely on Australia Post at the moment, as couriers are currently not able to operate in many parts of Victoria during Stage 4 restrictions, please be aware that there are delays in delivery time frames that are beyond our control.
